A game (the Belbin box) that teams can play to find out which roles they have.
HOW
Serious gaming is an activity that can be undertaken on an individual basis, but it is more often used in a team context. By undertaking an activity in a fictional world, participants have the opportunity to learn about the subject in an accessible way and to experiment with it cautiously without any consequences. In addition, the game offers a great opportunity to learn together and to support each other in an enjoyable way.
WHY
Uitjesbazen wants to challenge people and create impact. They wanted to stimulate play and creativity in the work environment because they believe that this is not done enough. Many organisations think that the solution lies in discussions and meetings and so on. However, we believe in the strength of doing it differently such as with a serious game.
