Project Description
HOW/WHAT
Giving the people in elderly homes a happy Christmas by delivering handwritten cards and gift baskets to the elderly homes. And trying to show how easy and important it is to do something extra for a person, even when you do not know them.
WHY
Lonely elderly is a big social problem, especially in times of Covid-19. You see that a lot of people feel lonely and especially the elderly in elderly homes. They can not see their family and the caretakers are so busy taking care of their physical needs that there is little time left for conversation. With this project, we hope we can inspire people to do things like this so we can make the lockdown easier for everyone.
